My brother has lived in Chicago, all over the city (from south side to north) for a decade. When this hit weeks ago he actually came back to Michigan to stay with my dad in the country. He didn’t want to be in a major city if things get completely out of control. Stay safe!

That Whole Foods was really well stocked. I remember back during this time and my grocery stores were empty, like completely empty shelves in the majority of the stores. I have watched a lot of KZbin during the pandemic and found a lot of new channels to watch, including this one. The shows that I have been bing watching are, Once Upon a Time, Dawson's Creek, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Manifest. If I'm completely honest, I have been a major introvert for years and other than my fiance who I live with and immediate family, I generally stay away from people and stay home, so this wasn't as big of a change for me as it has been for others. It was really hard not seeing my Mom, Dad and sister, though.

I work at WholeFoods and I can’t speak for all stores but the WholeFoods in Plano TX, that’s right outside of Dallas, anyway they have treated us employees amazingly, we got a 2$ raise, 20$ to be a cashier, I can’t complain. My husband does very well supporting us so I don’t need to work for the income, I like to get out of the house part time and socialize, lol it sounds crazy but I absolutely love working at WholeFoods, I adore everyone I work with, never been around a better group of ppl. They raised our employee discount to 30% off, on Friday’s we get catered lunches. I seriously have 0 complaints.

Ugh I work at Trader Joe’s and I can not tell you how many times I’m on register and a customer is so mad they have to stay 6ft back asking me why they have to do this... Also for any online packages you get, make sure to disinfect the products. my mom said that if you keep it in the garage for a couple days, then any virus on the box (if there is) gets killed off. for anyone living in a house. I suppose then for people living in apartments then I suppose open the packages in the mail room, bring the items in a bag, and disinfect them in your place. or bring a couple disinfectant wipes with you.

I live in a small town so there is no grocery delivery. So far I have been to the store once and there were way too many people there. I made an order on Vitacost.com because they have organic snacks and dry goods, but they were sold out of so much. Life goes on..

I’m a manager at a store that has to stay open because we are considered essential. You wouldn’t believe the way people treat us. And we can’t even wear masks and they haven’t put up any kind of plexiglass barrier, I hoping they do soon. I have a 5 month old baby that I’m TERRIFIED of bringing anything home to. I’m scared every day to go to work.

At least in my city, they've been releasing amazon fresh delivery slots throughout the day. My roommate and I have been playing a sort of game where we fill up the cart and then just refresh the page all day....they release delivery times you just have to jump on it quickly! We've noticed that if you wait until later at night the demand is lower and you can get a slot!

Right before the pandemic hit I got a awesome deal on clorox wipes so I've been wiping every single item down before I put it away in the pantry.
