If you look to the right at @0:54:29, one can see the exit ramp to an Illinois Tollway Oasis. The one Oasis Rest Stop on the Tollway segment of I-88 is not like the remaining 4 IL Tollway Oases located on other IL Tollway segments in that it is a standalone building located South of the highway and still serves both directions of travel. This Oasis building can be seen in the distance off to the left on the other side of the highway. For Westbound Traffic such as depicted in this video, the traffic exits to a ramp that curves over the mainline Tollway into a parking lot and fuel station in an area reserved for Westbound Traffic only. Upon leaving the Oasis, traffic then crosses back over the tollway into the trumpet interchange back into Westbound lanes.

10:57 Oak Park, IL it may be the suburbs, but it's still 55 mph, I think the speed limit should go up to 60 mph, it used to go up to 60 on the Edens I-94 just north of Peterson Ave going into the suburbs. But that was 50 years ago 1973, before the 55 mph NMSL law kicked in.
