I don't like Burgess in Intelligence also I miss SGT Platt's ball busting burnout & jaded sarcasm especially at Roman in season's 2 & 3. The episode of Roman's surprise that Platt was engaged and Ruzek going on that fake date with Platt to meet her dad was off the charts hilarious LOL!!!

richard alvarado I thought I was the only one that Burgess didn't measure up the part, nervous, different & wasn't feeling it..as soon Hank promoted her into the intelligence unit.thats really explain he didn't want her at the first place & promoted Atwater being in the intelligence unit.in my opinion..Burgess was too girly, doing to much, somewhat off, & couldn't seem to keep up with the rest of the team.she looked better being a patrol police officer..that works well with other police officer, especially Roman. she was energetic, handling her business, & on her game.

I miss sarcastic Trudy too, but I see how she has evolved to become attached to some of the team. So when Atwater was kidnapped and recovered, or Ruzek was arrested, it was really hard for her. Makes sense. That episode where Ruzek does the fake date.... OMG. I died. "I'll see you tomorrow!".. "NO! I'll see YOU tomorrow!!"
