According to an article, He and that Vanessa Rios character was supposed to get together for ANOTHER intra-departmental romance. Thank god that character is gone. Criminal minds is the only show where they never did that will they wont they crap. Hopefully svu and fbi keep it that way too. Carisi becoming a DA is barely acceptable for he and Rollins to get together. I don't ever want to see maggie & OA hook up.

Atwater and Voight are my favorite although all the characters are interesting. I'd like to see Atwater get a more major role and a steady love interest. Halstead, Ruzuk, Burgess, and Upton all have had multiple love interest whereas Atwater has only had one in 8 seasons. As a side note it would be nice to have Leila come back into Atwater's life. I didn't like how that story line played out.

LaRoyce is LaLovely!! Nice tour and walk down memory lane. Atwater, Ruzek and Burgess are my faves and I love when Atwater and Ruzek partner up. I enjoy their "bro" energy and banter which is real because I learned they are best friends in real life. But the writers need to seriously work on Atwater getting some love; I would like to see more of Atwater's interests outside of the bullpen. Just saying... 🙏💪👏💛💝💞🎇🎆
