All the old Italians used to fix their Agita or acid indigestion with "sparkling" Brioschi anti-acid back in the 1970's. My father always felt pride in opening the blue bottle and pouring me some crystals in a cup.

Hey Daddy Jack looks good, but next time use a Gardiniere pepper mix for the heat. That's a basic ingredient when making a Chicago style beef or pizza. If you like I could send you a jar. Also you need a half laddle more sauce, and alot more cheese. Mushroom's and Green peppers will make it complete. One more thing on a Chicago style pizza we don't use red onion, we generally use a yellow or a spanish onion. But NOT a Vidalia onion. Love your video's! Your a genuine Chef! And a generous stand up guy!!
