Oh that's nice, my best friend used to live in Hyde Park back in the 90's used to love having out at Harper's Court I believe it was called. By the way a bath connected to a bedroom is referred to as 'en suite' its derived from French.

price not bed for a 3 br 3 bath,. but the layout is weird and the views suck. seems like they just called it a condo and set the price because of the area im paying over 2k for a 2 br thats on the edge of hyde park planning to move soon

​@o751106 don't matter where it's at. Paying 300k for an apartment is stupidity. Also, hyde park to live is trash. Overly congested and there is never any street parking you have to drive around for 30-40 minutes looking for parking every time you leave the house and come back.

Unless you pay another 30 to 50 k for a parking space but I don’t think they do that in Hyde park, nice area just to many people. Also what the HOA for this place

@@derricklangford4725 they now have conventional loans at only require you to put down as little as 3% of the purchase price. Most loans that I see are within 3-5%
