I just came across your channel today. I loved this video and went and watched the Lincoln yards video as well which was great. One recommendation I have is to split up your realtor/home tour videos from your development project videos. Me and a lot of people like me who follow development love these types of videos but dont watch the home buying videos, that caters more towards families. I think having a separate channel purely for development would be awesome and would definitely get a follow from me! You do a great job at these types of videos. Then for the people who are in to the more realtor type videos they would have an entire channel for that. Keep up the great work!

Hi thanks so much for your feedback! I really appreciate it and I'm glad you enjoyed both of those videos. That's a great idea and not something I have thought much about because development isn't something I have as much experience in. But it's definitely something I can consider for the future and thanks again for your suggestion!

Its taking so long because INVESTORS see the decline of this city they are having a hard time SECURING FINANCING for this. Its so bad they are looking for government financing who is refusing to finance such a project in an already developed wealthy area, while the rest of the city rots. Which is correct.
