NO AJ DON'T TAKE IT ITS NOT WORTH IT GOD HIMSELF COULD NOT MANAGE THIS TEAM AND HE WOULD NOT TAKE THE JOB ANYWAYS

I dont like the Kopech trade. The Dodgers wouldnt trade for him if they didnt think he had good potential. If the Sox had a good pitching coach, I think Kopech couldve been great for us!

No one would be the manager of the Titanic unless it was full of things management must do to improve the team immediately. AJ is smart not desperate.

Welcome back Todd after another sad weekend

AJ would do it if they actually asked him but no one in the WS organization actually wants to deal with him wanting to make a good team. He speaks his mind and The Owners arent about that life.

Even tho AJ has no managerial experience, HE WILL BE MUCH BETTER THAN PEDRO. I agree with you Todd, catchers are good managers. Basically catchers ARE the on-field manager.
@shiftygypsy89migh414 ай бұрын
AJ was a great Catcher and insanely knowledgeable on the batters he faced. that would Directly correlate to being a manager making decisions on the players hes facing.

Hire AJ… As that popular Perry Como song says “We need a little Christmas just this very minute…’ Hire AJ. HE KNOWS HOW TO TEACH HITTERS AND. ADVISE PITCHERS. Chicago will love AJ again.Yes Yes Yes

Im not sure if I agree with you that the Sox will be a losing team next year. With their starting pitching, it really wouldn’t take too much to make this a competitive team.
@LockedOnWhiteSox4 ай бұрын
@@maverick1956hk I agree with your premise the issue is they need more than just one or two free agent bats. They pretty much have to replace the whole lineup. Pitching will keep them in games but it is sort of like that right now (excluding the weekend series)
@maverick1956hk4 ай бұрын
@@LockedOnWhiteSox Yes, they need some bats and more speed. With a GOOD manager, who knows how to play winning baseball, it wouldnt take much to turn this around. Some of these players right now are mismanaged: Pham, Lopez, and a few more. Pedro is not utilizing their talents properly on offense.

What SP? there's nothing here to build around. Roberts is fine but theres not enough pieces to the puzzle to make a picture. Its going to be bad and i just wish they would tell us "were going to suck...but were atleast going to spend to make something happen here"

@@yakangler419 thanks for noticing the update. That is a picture of my grandpa tending bar in Ringwood IL that my great grandpa owned. My grandpa said a ton of former Cubs and White Sox in the 30s frequented it after hunting in McHenry County.

@@LockedOnWhiteSox That’s a cool story… interestingly, my grandparents owned a bar in Richmond, IL for years. No MLB connections, just Irish alcoholism 😂

@@yakangler419 yea, it was German alcoholism on my side. My great grandpa mostly. The interesting thing is my grandpa took the slate pool table from that bar after it closed and had it set into the foundation of the house he raised my dad in. My aunt ended up with the house and the pool table is still there.

These higher ceiling bats tgat are not hitting in the minors , some were added with trades we made giving away pkayer who are killing it while we suck.

Why would AJ want to ride this runaway burning train?? Getz will be stacking this team with AA players to be starters. Say no, AJ. Just say no.

AJ has said in a Interview he would interview and take the job if they would jsut ask him. WS organization isnt going to do that. they dont wanna deal with his bluntness and trying to make a good team.
