Our whole defense folded against green bat without JJ but that could be because it was the last game, it really didn’t have any affect on the season because we weren’t gonna make playoffs and Matt knew his job was safe so we’ll see

Defense was extremely inconsistent throughout the year and totally absent against the packers that last game. Packer wide receivers were running wide open and running backs were untouched until the 2nd level. In fairness the majority of games in 2nd half of the season were against weaker opponents so you kinda gotta take it with a grain of salt.

He definitely didn’t live up to the contract but seemed to finally hit his stride in the final quarter of the season. Hope he can carry it into next year and improve.

Hes a good middle linebacker he's just not sideline to sideline. He rarely makes negative tackles. Alot of his tackles are way down the field. He had some good ints but alot of times even the last gb game they picked on him in the passing game.

He has been pretty good in coverage, but IMO has been sorta lacking on the Tackleing department. Roquan and even Sandborn can lay down the hammer. Something I have yet to see Edmunds do yet. EXAMPLE 6:11 (edwards cracks the receiver so hard he drops the ball) edmunds takes the credit.) Imagine we had all 3 LBs laying down the pain..

@@VvVT734 ya no shit, I'm not asking for boomer football. But there is a massive psychological factor in this sport. Knowing a team punishes passes in the middle for example means even the weekly prep is effected by crushing LBs. He just doesn't seem to play to his size.

Softest finesse MLB I’ve ever seen. I grew up watching Butkus, Nitchke, Lambert, Singletary, Baffone, etc. This guy is nothing like them. Never going to be called for roughing that’s for sure

Buffalo didn't miss him at all. Terrel Bernard (who) outplayed him this year. The Bills did miss the injured Matt Milano, though.

Edmunds is the biggest waste of money in the history of the bears. Every interception was tipped right into his hands. Can't put 5 minutes of highlights together without showing the bum missing tackles. He gets pushed off the ball on every run play. Before anyone tells me I don't know what I'm talking about ask yourself. How would you feel to be Edwards and Sandborne making all the tackles while this bum is making 10 times the money you are? Same with gutless Eddie Jackson. JJ,Stevenson, and Brisker doing all the tackling while gutless Eddie hides. Poles and Eberflus are a joke to allow this B.S.

That’s why the Bills let him walk. He got totally chewed up in the passing game. His “splash plays” are against slow developing runs and other times when a deflected ball falls into his hands.
