Ben Johnson has always seemed like an introverted type of person. Like one of those quiet mastermind type guys. I don't personally know him but if I'm right then he's gonna have a hard time replicating Dan Campbells energy when trying to bring the same type of culture change from Detroit to Chicago. You want more rookie offensive linemen. Haven't the Bears failed down that path already. It generally takes years for o-linemen to gel and play as a unit. All o-line problems these past years can be labeled as problems of maturation and not talent. I think the draft is a good place to get d-linemen, but very few o-linemen are good in their first few seasons. If you got the patience for more rookies on the o-line, then power to you. You obviously don't have the patience to learn how to write well (Is that all one sentence?), so drafting o-linemen will probably be a problem for you.
