@Leos - He keeps improving and already has a relationship with the offense. Thomas Brown - Head Coach Jim Caldwell - Offensive Coordinator Steve Wilks or Robert Saleh - Defensive Coordinator That last play with 3 WR wide right was amazing. Thomas Brown has a lot of room to grow. Jim Caldwell will be the perfect mentor for Thomas Brown and Caleb Williams and can be in the booth for games. Steve Wilks and Robert Saleh are both excellent defensive coordinators.

If the HC takes him on thats on him I don't want to hear he was forced to take him and they dont get along...I'm like everyone else... tired happy they won and don't want Caleb to get screwed like everyone else

If I was the Bears I would make Tom Brown the highest paid qb coach in the league and try to get him to stay to help Caleb going forward. He’s not quite head coach or offensive coordinator material, but he’s a great voice to have in the building.

Glad he was able to complete this turmoil ridden year on a high note being the only coach since 2015 to win in Lamboau field. TB was given a shit show and was able to break the losing streak started since Washington. Hope 2025 is better for the Bears and thank you TB for taking a team in shambles out of the mud

Keep Tom Brown!! Maybe not as an HC but convince him to stay on staff with the Offensive Coaches. Hopefully he'll want and stay to learn from the new regime... Because once this dysfunction is fixed... He'll definitely be more valued as someone who's seen a dysfunctional organization get it together. He'll be able to apply that elsewhere. In any case. Really curious who TB knows. Who would be his staff if he was head coach. They talk about Dan Campbell being a leader of men I believe TB is that guy. Reminds me of a young tomlin but even Tomlinson needs good assistants to be successful. Same with Dan Campbell. Would he be as successful without Ben Johnson (we might find out next year)

I know. It's crazy that the coach they hated on last week is now the flavor of the month. The Bears barely beat this team a few weeks back. This time is the same scenario, but they made the FG. Nothing has changed, the season is still a big failure and all coaches must clean out their lockers. They have failed.

OK. I thought the catch by Odunze on the sideline in the final drive was one of the best plays I have seen in he NFL this year. Not sure what your standards are, but the word "atrocious" seems a bit of a stretch. You are correct that the play-calling in the first quarter still sucked. That first quarter offense was so predictable. And they definitely need to get a bigger play book. The screen to DJ only works once a game. It does not need to be repeated ten times.
