Honestly good for him. Going out on a win like this has to be a huge confidence boost for him and the rest of the team. One of the biggest reasons for Tom Brady’s success was situational awareness. Knowing where your check downs are, when to call TOs and when/how to throw it away. Caleb has recognized those based on his words and actions in this game, although there were some close calls. Great way to end the year! We finally have the QB!

Da Bears!! This is a huge win no matter how you look at it. Going into the off-season with a win, nonetheless against Green Bay, is a huge leap. Plus we almost beat them already this year. Things are looking up! Besides, if you lose first round of the playoffs you’re no further along than a team that doesn’t make it, only one team wins the SB each year. Biggest take aways for the season, besides the obvious coaching situations, is execution; Too many sacks and penalties. Player clock management. Dropped 3rd conversion catches/miss throws. Play calling, still too many screens, not enough slants and post routes, CW proved he can hit the 20 yarder crossing routes in bread baskets. Too many drops, and not enough blocking lanes for establishing the run. Lack of pass rush, I knew it from day one of the draft and it’s evident now. Get more pass rush top players to pair. Remember last year we were top 5 Defense and rushing attack. Without the run game working, the o line struggles in pass protection. At the end of the day, when your team is literally in every game of the season but 3, where the ending is a one score game that could have gone either way, you’re in a good position, but not good enough to finish. Imagine if half our last second losses went the other way, we’d be 11-6. Bear Down
