This is a far deeper team than Zo n DeMar first year together. Plus, we can run unlike with DeMar who preferred pace and space. We just might be a better team now

The offense is much of a team-based play I agree. However, the better teams have a solid half-court defense. All 5 defenders are back, the Bulls have fewer options this year to score in the half-court, hence why they are trying to score before all 5 defenders are back. Also, our defense will struggle greatly.

@@lachlanking8617 Well I agree he is not horrible average at best. He had 12 points with 47% from Field and 33% from 3 point line, 80% from foul line and 4.8 assist per game. He was unplayable at end of games in playoffs as he is horrible 3 point shooter.

He plays the same position as his mvp calibre teammate, so obviously, they're gonna put the balls in shais' hands more, meaning he'll have less of a chance to actually play his style, year 1 and 2 he plays pg and shai was the 2 guard which is one of the reasons he was better those years

When Lonzo is on the court , you have to cherry pick or just get open to take a easy shot. Take advantage of his great court vision and ability to make all the passes. Always sprint the floor to get open to take a easy shot. If Lonzo is used correctly the Bulls will score a lot of points this season and the wins will come.

It looks like glorified playground basketball. It's difficult, at best, to thrive in a situation like that. When you are not playing a formalized offense, it's so hard to get continuity. Today's NBA talks about chemistry, which is good, but it requires the whole team to have it. When you play organized half court sets, you have assignments as to where you need to be and so forth. So when a player comes off of the bench, his assignment in the offense is the same as the player he replaced. When you use "chemistry," you are asking player to know or read the mind of other players. That's incredibly tough to do! It could be business as usual this year, which is a low 40's win total. I hope for better! Chicago Bull's fan from the beginning, 1966-1967! Go Bulls!
