I have been getting my old vhs movies transferred to dvd and one I just watched today was of a national veterans parade in New Orleans in 1991. Every state was represented and I have remembered all these years that the drill team from Chicago stole the show. As I watched it today, they were as awesome as I remembered and their banner said Chicago South side drill team. I’ve been searching to look and see if I could find what military unit had this drill team. They were the most precise, disciplined, in synch team in the parade and the shoe taps, us flags, and gun drill were perfect. The foot work and sparkle on the uniform tunic just rounded it off. Is this the same group?
