Unfair Treatment? | Chicago Med

April tries to keep her relationship with Dr Choi under wraps, but when rumours break out other nurses believe they're being treated unfairly compared to her.

A few months after he was shot outside of the hospital, Dr. Daniel Charles prepares to testify against his shooter. Dr. Robin Charles is released from a rehabilitation facility, but Dr. Rhodes worries about her behavior at home. Dr. Manning returns to work after a sabbatical, where she and Dr. Halstead confront their feelings for one another once and for all. Meanwhile, Dr. Choi and April try to navigate their new relationship while keeping it under wraps at work and Dr. Bekker gets off on the wrong foot with Dr. Rhodes when she poaches one of his patients.

To be honest I can't blame the other nurse for feeling that way and what she said to April. But, she shouldn't have said it in that way. As a nurse she should be prepared to do any job that the doctor tells you to do. But, I do notice that he always makes Doris do all the dirty stuff and April always does the lab stuff.

If it really was such an issue that it compromised the working environment then a formal complaint should have been filed or some other less hostile method employed. 1:56 this is actually how the couple across from me met. The husband (doctor) did die a few years ago and the wife (nurse) was recently put into a care home. However I'm sure they enjoyed a happy life together with a large family that now consists of great great grandchildren.

Perfectly illustrates the problem in a private healthcare industry. People can't afford basic dental checkups and it gets put off. Problem because far more serious later because of that. Now their life is put at risk and they face an even more expensive treatment for an entirely preventable problem that would have been less expensive.
