People are questioning how she could have shot him if he didn't have a gun the problem was he had a gun 5 minutes earlier he came out and he behaved as if he still had it and he turned around to the guy with the daughter and it looked like he was going to do something like shoot them all she had was her reasonable doubt and her reasonable doubt told her if she had a gun 5 minutes ago maybe he still has his gun especially since he would not drop the gun he would not even put his hands in the air which would have shown that he did not have a gun in his hand. The question now is what did he do with the gun and why did he have a phone in his hand where did the phone come from.

She suspected that he had a gun because he shot at one point up at a corner okay and she was told he had a gun before that so she assumed when he wouldn't drop the gun that he had a gun in his hand there was no need to doubt her because of the fact that 5 minutes before he had that done secondly she asked him to drop the gun even if he did not have the gun he could have put his hands up he didn't do that the whole time he behaved as if he had one so the question is what did he do with the gun.

He had in fact a gun on him, even shooting it 3 times. Even in the uncertenty of the situation, him covering something behind his back while comencing forth and risking harming two civilians and a cop, the cop had to take action as the situation got out of controll, so you better shut up.

No one cares. These comments are so stupid and annoying and unnecessary. The comments section used to be a place to discuss video content. Which it is sometimes, but other times it’s become these pointless comments that contribute nothing. And also kinda sad and really weird how people act like they won a trophy because they were early.
