His style of play has always been to poach inside the box which he is rather good at but there’s not much more to his game besides that. He was fortunate to play for Real Madrid even if only on loan. His stint there probably helped them more in the commercial aspect specifically in selling shirts. If we’re going to talk about the best strikers to ever play for the club the names being mentioned should be Cole, Yorke, Van Nistelrooy, Viollet, Rowley, Rooney, Law, Cantona, Bobby Charlton, Cristiano Ronaldo, etc. To be fair I like Chicharito but comparing him to some of these other names would be somewhat of an insult.

The Mexican national team was in Houston a few years back practicing for a match not too far from where I live, so my brother and I rushed over to attempt to get a close look at chicharito and the rest of the guys. We were able to get close enough to snatch up some autographs and I took my own sharpie, just in case. So when it was my turn to get chicharitos autograph I accidentally took his sharpie thinking it was mine. I didn’t realize it til wayyyy later, lol! I still have it! It will forever be my chicharito sharpie ♥️😂
