I cannot wait to try your recipe! I miss this soup SO much when it isn't available. I do have a question though: Do you have any suggestions on what to do if I want to omit the corn? I personally don't mind it but hubby & kid hate corn so I'm outnumbered. I imagine by omitting the corn I'm losing out on liquid and creamy consistency. Maybe I could substitute the corn for another can of beans? We all love beans 🫘 ❤️
