Great horse and great rider. That gal knows her horse and brings out the best of the breed in him. They both look proud! Fantastic!!

Every trained equestrian know you do not run a horse on a hard surface like that its bad for their legs causes leg splints .
@JCElzinga3 жыл бұрын
Ohhhhh go away karen. You have no clue what the habits of this particular rider are. For all you know its 15 minutes a week and the bone wear is next to nothing. There is always one fake expert know it all commenting on any horse video. You are cancer sir.

seems like your not as trained as u claim to be, these are gaited horses and they are NOT running

@@sangrel1ghtn1ng Even trotting on hard surfaces ruins the legs. Jars. No give. With over 40yrs of horses I've seen damaged legs & hooves.

Why on pavement??? This isn’t good for a horse’s legs or feet!

If they are use to being barefoot it wont bother them. I have a Fresian and an Indian paint, when I kept shoes on them they would slip on the asphalt. I kept shoes off of them for atleast a year...they would run up a huge hill that was gravel...drwy to the house and one to another pasture and barn. It never fazed em. Took em on the rd they wanted to open up... and we never looked back. Mustangs in the wild run on rock and clay thats as hard as concrete and it never bothers them.
@kimminnis88583 жыл бұрын
@@realreggie69 All horses are different. Some have tough feet. But there hooves weren't made for pavement. Mustang's don't live on pavement. Hard pounding on pavement will eventually take its toll .Ever look at the padded shoes on city carriage horses? Thanks

@@zszs123 You lucked out. Being in the horse world ( professional). I've seen the damage hard surfaces cause horses legs/hooves Also worked with equine specialists. Feel free to call us names. True horse experts know facts. Humans running on hard surfaces end up with leg problems. Maybe you didn't keep your horse until it's later years. When problems chop up.

On the hard ground or asphalt. Good for the horse's legs!! 🙈🙈

That girl knows how to ride a gaited horse no interference by rider, light hands, relaxed and lets her horse gait no interference by the rider lets the horse come up from behind round up on bit and they are gone leaving the other rider in the dust. Man on other hand ? You go girl! love your horse gaits beautifully you two are a great pair.

Never ride on hard surfaces. Ruins legs/hooves.
@clayton2033 жыл бұрын
The man is pushing to hard,,all horses don’t gait at same speed,,when he started breaking gait,,is a clue that something is wrong,,it’s all about the ride on a gaited horse,,if it’s not fast enough for you ,get a quarter horse

You should really look into making some videos of your own that are more to your liking .....If this isn't what you like or agree with , you should find or produce something that is

@@GALLEN-vf7uy I enjoy watching y’all. I don’t have horses but sure miss them. I respect your passion. My only suggestion is to stay centered in your saddle. Having had a walker, I was often wanting to lean a bit to watch shoulder/leg action. This tended to throw her enough off balance which would throw her gate into a canter. Would love to ride with you guys. Have fun, enjoy, be safe 😘🐴🐎🐴😘

Not on the pavement! Find some grass or even gravel PLEASE! Riding a horse on pavement anything more than a regular walk can crack and ruin their hooves!

@@GALLEN-vf7uy I'm not! I'm trying to help horses not get abused! Riding is fine, gaited horses are fine, all of that is just fine. Riding more than a usual walk can get them put down if they hurt their feet and hooves to bad.

@@sarah-fv9xu No one, and I mean No One is listening to criticism in the comment section of these videos. You must "know" that ? I don't read or respond to 90% of the negative stuff.
