Chicken 65 Fried Rice -Indo Chinese fried rice with chicken

CHICKEN 65 FRIED RICE
In a bowl add 1cup of boneless chicken
Add 1 tsp of coriander powder
Add ½ tsp of cumin powder
Add ½ tsp of red chilli powder
Add 1 tsp of chilli sauce
Add 1 tsp of crushed pepper
Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
Add pinch of food colour
Add 1 tsp of all purpose flour
Add 1 tsp of corn flour
Add 1 tsp of oil
Add ½ tsp of salt and mix it
Now add 1 tsp of chopped curry leaves
And rest for a few minutes
Then fry in hot oil
Take a pan add some oil
Add ½ cup of onions
Add 1 tsp of pepper
Add 1 tsp of chopped garlic
Add 1 tsp of chopped ginger
Add 1 tb spn of spring onions
Add fried chicken 65 pieces
Add some salt
Add 1 tsp of soya sauce
Add 1 tsp of chilli sauce
Add 1 tsp of crushed pepper
Add 4 green chillies
Add 2 cups of boiled rice
Add pinch of flavouring salt
Add 1 tsp of vinegar
And mix it well
Now serve hot.
