Chicken Alfredo in the Ninja Speedi

#AD So you guys know I just started a new job recently. I’m not going to lie, this transition back into work has been a little stressful, especially when it comes to figuring out dinner on the days I have to go into the office. Well, I just found the solution to my problem! The Ninja Speedi!
This thing is amazing! It’s an air fry and rapid cooker, and I found it @kohls for a great deal! So long are the days of having to figure out something quick to make for dinner and then rush and get Axel to bed shortly after. With the @ninjakitchen Speedi, I can have dinner on the table in 30 min or less! So far, I’ve made beef stir fry. This time around, I’m making chicken alfredo pasta. It was so easy to make and delicious! Plus, it only took 15 min to make!

No warm up time is mentioned. Reviewers say this machine though very good has a longer warm up requirement.

It burns my broccoli when I do this. I've found that the broccoli and pasta has to be fully submerged with liquid. Do you notice that? Then when it's done I drain with a colander. A little annoying but overall a great appliance. Also 390 seems to work for everyone but me. Lol. It's too high. I do 350 for 15 minutes and flip the chicken halfway

I never do and it cooks perfectly fine. The heat circulates from the top and bottom in this thing especially if you have liquids at the bottom.

@@michellefitz4287 It's great! I bought it because my life was very busy and I needed to cook quickly but everything has calmed down and I don't use it as much these days. Mostly just an air fryer. I still love it though! No regrets.

Tried this and the pasta was undercooked 😢 and I tried again the pasta was burnt ugh

I will say it takes some trial and error at first. My first 2 times using it wasn’t the best. I added too much water and my rice was too mushy and the other time my pasta was undercooked. You really have to get the right water measurements and cook time right for everything to turn out right. 😅

​​​@@sparklesmith7847Three cups of liquid per 16 ounces of white pasta plus the alfredo sauce. Of course, you should check sporadically the doneness. I know it may be a hassle in the Speedi, but try to stir the pasta at least once.
