Well tried..though I hav not heard of this name of rice..mostly Bengalis all over the world swear by Gobindobhog rice..I know you will also agree to this. My Dad still sends me supplies of this rice abroad! And when u make pilaf first make the rice in an open patila, drain the water and let each grain of rice separate. After 15-20 mins hear ghee,not oil) n follow ur rest of the recipe..you are on the right track..chicken er jhol is too good!
