My sons are huge fans of chicken cheese broccoli rice (or noodle) casserole. I keep trying to make a big enough batch that I can freeze dry leftovers, but there are never any leftovers lol. I will need to make a batch specifically for the freeze dryer. It is my hope that I will be able to eventually send my youngest to college with some home cooked meals to eat.

Looks delicious but I’d double up. 8oz is size of most lean cuisines. I try for 16oz hungry man per meal per person. Unless I’m leaving rice out and adding that later.
