I found a recipe online, but this one looks amazing. I would stir in garlic, but it doesn't agree with my boyfriend. I'd definitely put in chilli or cream - do you think the cream might curdle with the chicken stock in the pasta? Just a thought. Thanks for the recipe, I'll definitely try it. :)

ooh so good greg. Just made and it's in the oven know and this is what I did ,give it a try. I took the flour and added it to a skillet and made a roux and I used chichen orr for the stock thanks for the recipe. I just did not feel like running out to the store.. very good. it just gave the mushroom a little more buttery taste umph! and I did add the garlic like you suggested

Hi mate looks awesome! At the end you said you would add some cream, at what stage would you do that, and how much?
@MaZEEZaM9 жыл бұрын
Bit late but cream, you can either add it to the chicken once cooked or at same time as stock in the mushrooms. Either way you only really need to stir it in and about 1/4 cup of cream should be good.

You for all intents and purposes made cream of mushroom soup. Cream and garlic makes anything better but I might roast the garlic first and use those roasted cloves for a somewhat stronger flavor yet more mellow and buttery and sweet. I'm sure you know what roasted garlic tastes like.
