Love Your Neighbor Casserole // Creamy Chicken Mushroom Pasta Bake ❤️

This Creamy Chicken Mushroom Pasta Bake is a delicious and easy casserole recipe, I call it my Love Your Neighbor Casserole because I love them all and there’s always plenty to go around. This casserole is on our list of favorites, it is bursting with flavor because I always make sure to season it well from the inside out. You will love that is is super creamy, cheesy and the chunks of chicken are super tender, and the mushrooms, peppers and creamy pasta are so perfect together. We love to side it with a simple side salad, and it this casserole makes perfect leftovers. I hope you give this dish a try. ❤️

● 350° 35-40 minutes
INGREDIENTS--------------
1 1/2 lbs skinless boneless chicken breasts (bite size)
1 lb Cavatappi pasta (or your favorite
1 C. diced Red Bell pepper
1/2 C. Diced green Bell pepper
1/2 C. Chopped green onions
1 - 1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional )
SEASON•ALL seasoned salt (as needed for chicken )
LEMON PEPPER (as needed for chicken )
2 C. freshly grated White Sharp cheddar cheese (as needed)
2 C. freshly grated Mozzarella cheese (as needed)
Chopped fresh parsley as needed for garnish
Salt as needed
CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE------------
8 oz. Sliced Baby Bella mushrooms
4 C. Whole Milk
2 C. Chicken broth (or as needed)
6 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
3 large finely minced garlic cloves
4 Tbsp regular salted butter
1 1/2 Tbsp salted butter for mushrooms
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed

I just made this along with you. I am 82 and honey I am exhausted. That’s the hardest to make. I know it’s going to be good but my whole body hurts! I just can’t make things like I used to! Thank you for a beautiful recipe and instructions. It taste great but haven’t cooked it in the oven yet! I learned more about mushrooms and so satisfied with how they tast. Actually, most Lemon Pepper seasonings contain Salt too, so if you add multiple seasonings you're likely to add too much Salt, read the ingredients on the label, in the USA the ingredients are listed in order of Amount, if Salt is in the top 3 you can make your recipe too Salty before you know it if you mix with another Seasoning.
