To be more thai food. Have a fried egg only with salt. Put it in the bottom of a bowl, then add the chicken curry Then the rice. Aftrr turn the bowl upside down in a plate. U gonna love it

Huge fan of yours. But just a small observation- you are using Italian basil and this curry needs Thai basil(this is also easily available in Tesco, leaves are thinner. ). Also, authentic Thai taste when you use canned coconut milk instead of cornflour..
