lol That was an interesting way to make a chicken patty. Usually, you toss the chicken in a bowl with flour and egg to work as a binder. Then form patties. Since egg and flour are in the mix, roll them in some panko. Fridge would work before dredging them, but I dunno about freezing them raw.

You guys know what you did wrong.. form , press flat , then freeze. Then flour/cornstarch, egg wash, then crushed corn flakes. (a ¼ in. patty is over a ½ in after breading ) also place in the fridge after breading for 15mins to let the egg/flour paste "set up" correctly. Another trick is to smash flat the middle bun before assembly. you both forgot CHEESE!! Big Mac's used sliver onion instead of chopped.(smaller mince) Allen would be embarrassed by the pickle placement
