Chicken Biryani Cake | Eggless | Chocolate Truffle Cake | Theme Cake

Chicken Biryani theme 3D designer cake with raita bowl. Sounds amazing, right..? Yess... It was. Chicken Biryani Cake was the cake which I made for my birthday since chicken biryani is my most favourite dish. The colour combination of this Chicken Biryani Cake makes it look like real biryani pot along with bundi rayta. This Chicken Biryani Cake is the cake for which I got the most amazing compliments from my relatives and friends. It really made my day. This Chicken Biryani Cake requires little bit patiences but it's all worth it. Chicken Biryani Cake tastes so delicious as it looks. I have used chocolate frosting for this cake which is my son's favourite combination. Hope, you enjoy this video..!!

Ingredients:
Sponge Cake:
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Powdered Sugar
4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Milk Powder
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
a pinch of Salt
2 tsp Vinegar OR Lemon Juice
Chocolate Frosting:
1/2 cup Fresh Cream - hot
1 cup Dark Compound - chopped
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Sugar Syrup:
3 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Sugar
For Biryani Pot:
Brown Fondant OR Modeling Chocolate
White Fondant OR Modeling Chocolate
Copper Gel Food Colour
Silver Gel Food Colour
Yellow Gel Food Colour
Red Gel Food Colour
Brown Gel Food Colour
Green Gel Food Colour
Black Gel Food Colour
Orange Gel Food Colour
For Rayta Bowl:
3 tbsp Dark Compound - chopped
White Compound & Milk Mixture
Yellow Fondant Balls
