Many thanks for giving an English Subtitle, list of ingredients and complete instructions as requested. Will try the recipe. Do you have a recipe to cook Nga-Gyi-Gyauk. A friend of mine who came back from Myanmar gave me lots of them. Do you have to boil them first to soften them to take off the meat and then cook or fry them? It will be quite difficult to do it without getting the bones also. I want to make them like Spicy Fried Nga-Ni-Too . Do you have a recipe for that? Will appreciate very much if you can share. Thank you.

I did not post Nga gyi chauk recipe. I have some too and thinking how to cook it.
I love ur videos and u r a very good cook. Frankly I dont think it's a good idea to cook inside the rice cooker pot. I can see the scratches inside and that means the coating for the rice cooker has been scratched many times. Rice cooker isnt meant to cook on stove top. Only inside the given pot it came with and electrical cord. I mean this sincerely because this cant be good for ur health. Still love ur videos.

To be honest, it was the first time I used rice cooker pot on the strove . Rice cooker take time to heat up, to get the job done quickly I used strove top. According to manufacturer the product is safe to use even when there are scratches "The inner pot’s fluorocarbon resin coating may wear and peel with extended use. This material is harmless to humans and this situation presents no hindrance to actual cooking or to the rice cooker’s heat insulating capability." Thanks anyway for heading me up. Next time I will be careful not to mislead viewers.

@@Meemeetofu oh no I didnt think about any misleading. I just dont want u to be in any harm. I really dont trust any manufacturer to be honest. They always say what they say and often times, they just face lawsuits. Hey u can do whatever u want. No harm done to me. I love ur videos and support u regardless. With love, :)
