I also do my own spice mix for briyani n kalia. But never done it using the purée onion - mo pou bisin try sa. I also add sliced carrots n peas to mine. As u have done beef n chicken can i request a video for the fish version. Merci boucoup🙋♀️.

I would suggest to marinate the chicken not cook but if you don’t like it this way then fry the chicken for only until chicken catch a bit colour then remove from oil and marinate the same way as video

Hi dear I personally like my Briyani in the bottom to get brown colour as is not really burnt but it has a touch of brown colour and as we serve the burning part will be mine and if you don't want yours to burn then just follow the recipe on how much you have to cook it

Just use turmeric - healthy, delicious and adds as much yellow colour as you could want!
