Today's recipe is Chicken Bread 😍 Recipe By Chef Hafsa
You’ll need following ingredients to make it
For dough
1/4 cup warm water
1.5tsp instant dry yeast
1 egg
1tsp sugar
1/4 cup warm milk
2 tbsp oil
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
Add more water if required
For chicken filling
2tbsp oil
1 small onion chopped
1tsp flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp crushed red chilli
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1cup boiled shredded chicken
Bake at 170C for 25 to 30 minutes

Hello appi agar main convection oven mein back karna chahti hun Kitna temperature mein rakhunga. Use din pahle main convection oven mein chicken bread 118 degree Celsius main prerit karne ke bad 27 minutes back kara tha then Mera bread jal gaya tha😢

Convention oven ko 10 min pr 180 degree pr pre heat karain,usky baad 180 pr 20 to 25 min pr bake karain, mery pass bhe convention oven hai or main isi temperature pr bake kerti hun
