Yogurt:2-3tbsp
Black pepper:1tsp
Chilli flakes:1tbsp
Salt:to taste
Lemon juice:1tbsp
Onion:1medium
Tomato:1medium
Capsicum:1medium
Cheese:50g-100g
Coal:For smoke
"For Dough"
Flour:750g
Luke warm water:as required
Yeast:11g
Sugar:2tbsp
Salt:1tsp
Milk:½cup
Egg:1
Ghee/Butter:2-3tbsp

چکن: 300گرام
تیل: دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچ
لہسن کا پیسٹ: ایک چائے کا چمچ
دھی: دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچ
کالی مرچ: ایک چائے کا چمچ
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
نمک: حسب ذائقہ
لیموں کا رس: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
پیاز: ایک عدد
ٹماٹر: ایک عدد
شملہ مرچ: ایک عدد
چیز: 50گرام سے 100گرام
کوئلہ: دھواں دینے کے لیے
"آٹا گوندھنے کے لیے اجزاء"
میدہ: 750گرام
نیم گرم پانی: حسب ضرورت
خمیر: 11گرام
چینی: دو کھانے کے چمچ
نمک: ایک چائے کا چمچ
دودھ: آدھا کپ
انڈہ: ایک عدد
گھی/مکھن: دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچ

Quiet tuf and hardworking recipe,but if ur able to make perfectly,then everyone will praise ur recipe,I tried this,I didn't get the color on the top,so I have added some oil in a pan,and cooked the upper part for 5min,it turned out fantastic, Jazakallah for this wonderful recipe.
