Chicken breasts like you've never tasted before! A very quick and easy recipe!
Friends, hello!
Cooking delicious food is my hobby!
I really want to share my recipes with you.
Recipe and ingredients:
Chicken breast.
Make the cuts as I show.
Rate my video from 0 to 10.

Salt.
black pepper.
coat from all sides.
You need 3 pieces of butter, each 30 g.
I put the oil in my pocket.
Olive oil.
Cover and fry until golden brown.
Potato.
cut into rectangles.
I leave it in the water for 15 minutes.
Onion.
Cover and fry the second side until golden brown.
Fry the onion in the same oil until golden brown.
You need to remove excess liquid from the potatoes.
Dry the potatoes with a paper towel.
I add the potatoes to the onions and fry them until half cooked.
Don't forget to add salt.
Carrot.
Grate the mushroom on a fine grater.
some parmesan.
mix well.
Dill.
I mix well.
I delete the chicken breast.
I fill the pockets with a cheese and mushroom mixture.
I will spread the leftovers over the entire area.
150 ml cream.
Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes until cooked through.
Bulgarian peppers.
Tomato.
Parsley.
Chives.
some lemon.
some black pepper.
Olive oil.
mix well.
Chicken with potatoes is ready!

An excellent Recipe however, it's Not Quick & Easy!! But you cooked it with Fresh Veggies - loved the Yukon Gold Potatoes. Grating the Mushrooms with Parmigiana cheese a nice condiment for the Chicken. IMHO, I thought I saw that the chicken may have been a bit over cooked - the meat became stratified and little dry. THank You for taking the time to share this with people.

Exactly! Just making a salad is time consuming. I would first cut up all the veggies, then saute the pan w/Olive Oil, get the veggies cooking first, then in a separate pan, make chicken as shown, when done, transfer Chicken to the veggie pan and sprinkle grated Cheese, Mushrooms on them, let cook until cheese melted. Chicken gets really dried out fast with White Meat. It's not like Dark Meat. You have to keep basting white meat. It did look good, however, was the Chicken dried out even with butter? Don't forget cream. This can keep chicken moist to taste..

I have to give it to ya! Not too many times will I stick around for cooking that's not deep south ( Facebook recipes have made me really leery, understandably), but the thumbnail piqued my interest, gave it a look, and the rest was actually mouthwatering to the point where I said, "I'll make this for my mom!" Really. Everything looked delish! Just too much salt for me, but I can remedy that when I cook.

Hi..I'm in New Zealand..I like these recipes cos they don't have a ton of ingredients to buy..and easy enough for near-useless cooks like me...frying food is a stressful step for me...I hav fairly light(non stick) frypan and electric stove ..should I buy a super heavy frypan or a wok?...I'm also concerned about anything Teflon coated...enjoy everyone..if I manage to produce a reasonable dish I will put a pic up!!😎

It's better to use a towel or a dishcloth to dry the potatoes. Paper towels are one use only and can break and get attached to the potatoes.
