Hi Warren! Mmmmmmmm! Meat cooking with soy sauce always smell like the lower edge of heaven 😂😅. Lol I as well made a chicken broc dish today. At 6 am so I got finished before the heat kicked in. I lightly blanched a bag of broccoli florets and boiled some thighs and breasts. Chop those up and in a big casserole pan then I add sauce,, cup and a half of mayo,,2 cans of cream of celery 2 cans cream of chicken,,,at least a tablespoon of regular curry powder,,2 tablespoons of lemon juice,,blend all that together and pour over the chicken and broccoli salt and pepper to taste shredded cheese on top then bake at 400 for 45 mins . I think it's called chicken divan. Pretty good. Over white rice as well. I wasnt gonna even say anything and I'm not comparing,,but I was surprised by how similar our meals were.. Even being full the thought of the smell of yours cooking made my mouth water. Thanks for putting this up. The camping trip south this coming weekend? Any fresh news from the fire zone? @@YazzieFamilyVlogs the sauce is the ingredients I listed,,but I do usually add a few drops of soy sauce when I dish up. It's a dish my Mom made and I usually make it 3 or 4 times a year. I hope you try it someday😃👌🤠

@@YazzieFamilyVlogs layer the broc 1st then a light layer of sauce,,the the chicken and a heavy layer of sauce and cheese on top. Cover the pan with tin foil and into the oven
