Chicken Burrito / Fresh homemade Mexican burrito with chicken fillet and vegetables

Chicken burrito is a popular recipe with chicken all over the world. The burrito is often combined with red beans or rice and fresh vegetables. The style of Mexican food is very close to our taste and quite similar to the steel popular everywhere on the doner.
I combined my rice burrito with turmeric, tomatoes and avocado pesto, which is almost a must with the Mexican menu.
Ingredients:
For 2 servings
200 g chicken fillet
1 tomato
1 handful of parsley
1/2 avocado
1/4 red onion
1/2 lime or lemon
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
a little olive oil
2 tortilla cakes (buy ready-made)
a little boiled rice with turmeric (boil 1 teaspoon of rice with 1 1/2 cups of water, salt and 1 teaspoon of turmeric. You get a larger amount of cooked rice, which I use to garnish other dishes even the next If you want to make rice just for your borage, boil 1/4 cup of rice)

Гуакамоле или песто едното май е мексиканско,а другото италианско,но изглежда много вкусно все пак.

Казвам му песто, заради консистенцията. Не съм убедена дали е класическа рецепта за гуакамоле. Вкусът си е вкус както и да се казва.
