Made this the other night and it was awesome! I added snow peas to it and shredded carrots. One thing I learned was when cooking the wonton strips I had the oil a bit to hot. They turned brown within 5 seconds. So to those out there be sure your oil is not too hot for the noodles. I will be more careful next time. David, (that's my name as well) I and especially my wife look forward to cooking more of your delicious recipes. Keep em coming!!
