I have thought of adapting my steak pot pie recipe to chicken because I love it so much. Gen Z thinks that they need to come up with a name for everything so they can claim they discovered it themselves. Like the instant pot, which is just a pressure cooker. But if they put their own name on if they feel like they invented it

I think there's seasoning already in the biscuit mix and the chicken since it's store bought rotisserie, but if you want more you can always add it.

I found a recipe that adds 1 tsp garlic and onion powder to the chicken and veggies….and some salt and pepper…in the oven now! 🤞

This is basically the "Impossible Pie" recipes from Bisquick. Meat and vegetables with Bisquick batter poured over it that "impossibly" makes a sort of crust on the top as it rises and bakes. The cheddar biscuit dough is an interesting take on it though.

I make one with half a pound of steak, an onion, a potato, and a square box of Frozen mixed veggies. And you make a gravy for all of this, and put Pillsbury crescent rolls over the top. It came from Cooking Light many many years ago. I've been thinking about adopting it to use chicken instead of beef

Another form of deceptive naming to draw people in 🙄 It is a CHICKEN POT PIE or chicken casserole but definitely NOT a cobbler in any way, form, shape or fashion! 😠
