I agree 100% with the washing your hands too much. I never get sick. I wash my hands after using the bathroom. And again in the shower, that's it. Your immune system needs germs to stay strong. Nintendo duck hunt was my favorite game with the orange gun.

Mine too. Crumble it up in some creamed yeller field corn with a side of peas or butterbeans. Flat cornbread. Homemade chocolate cake for desert. Then it was back outside running around the farm. If I eat that way these days I got to take a long nap.

I love fried chicken skins. I'd take the skins and fry em nice and crisp in a pan, then put them on a tomato sandwich. Bonus points for toasting the bread in the chicken fat. I think its better than a BLT... But these ones done like cracklin, I am going to have to try that soon.

Schmaltz and gribenes are traditional Jewish rendered chicken fat and cracklings. You eat the gribenes and use the schmaltz for frying. You can also use duck or goose skin or a mix of all of them. The process is the same as rendering pork fat and making cracklings. There's no breading or batter used. I've cooked this many times. Gribenes are very tasty.

So I'm watching this video and you're at the 7-minute Mark about people washing their hands too much in this world because I just made a comment the other day because about six of my coworkers all got sick for like 3 weeks cold flu symptoms and stuff like that. And my son said the same thing with his coworkers + neither my son or I. He is 23. I am 59 and I told my son. It's probably from all the dirt that I ate as a kid. Why I don't get sick very often at all. I mean it's years and years between me catching a cold or something and my sons are the same way but my sons didn't eat the amount of dirt that I ate as a kid😂😂😂😂

That's a good idea. My favorite part of fried chicken is the skin/crust. I'm thinking of all kinds of good stuff to dip 'em in. Some good white gravy made from pan drippings. Money dip of course. I might even put some honey on those, I like honey on fried chicken. Now you got me thinking about duck skin with the fat. If you could get enough of them that would be really good. You know I love your channel but that bouncy camera work makes it hard to watch. I'll hang in there with it best I can.
