Its so very healthy to wash the chicken , or any meat before you start to cook them. .Try making chicken stew by cooking them with potatoes. onions. celery and carrots.

Mr Bhumi since you got potatoes...you can cook mix with chicken meat...its very nice and delicious...you can try this receipe. The chives you cook mix with egg that also nice receipe too. This is how we cook in Malaysia...gb...
