Just finished watching and all I can think of is… now can I have some too? Those golden crispy cutlets and it’s crunch sounds when he sample are so tempting. When he slices cabbage & carrot so finely it’s art itself. One question: for chicken cutlet, starch instead of flour help batter stick better? Mine always came off during frying. Thank you very much to say the word. Golden. Panko(bread crumbs) contains sugar and milk. so... I think it got too brown. but, your mention removed my concerning all of this the color.
