11/2 cup shredded chicken (250 g )
1 cup boiled potatoes
1 tbsp oil
1/2 TSP cumin seeds
1/2 cup onion
1 inch ginger
2-3 green chillies
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP crushed chilies
1/4 TSP turmeric powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 TSP black pepper powder
2 TSP lemon juice
Coriander leaves
1 egg + 2 tbsp milk
bread crumbs
oil for frying

Super easy recipe.. But mujhe cutlets freeze bhi karne hai. Aapne bataya hai freeze karne ka method bhi, but breadcrumbs laga k freeze karna hai ya aise hi freeze kar k fry karne k time egg & breadcrumbs lagana hai..
