In Bulgaria, chicken fricassee is considered a national dish, but it is prepared in a different way, similar to blanquette de poulet. In this video, I show the Bulgarian recipe for a delicious dish with chicken in white sauce.

The ingredients:
1 chicken
1 onion
5-6 black peppercorns
1 carrot
a stalk of celery
50 g of butter
3 tablespoons of flour
1/2 liter of milk
2 egg yolks
