Easy & Delicious CHICKEN FRIED RICE!
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cups cooked & chilled rice (parboiled)
chicken thighs (or breast), shredded
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (boiled & drained)
2 eggs
1 small white onion, chopped
3 stalks scallion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
pinch of garlic salt and black pepper (if needed for added flavor)

Pan fried until it was cooked through. Seasoned with all purpose, garlic salt , black pepper and cayenne pepper.
