I just made them they are delicious. I would not recommend boiling first with this small of a side because they will be mushy I cooked them just as she did they came out wonderful great texture I started them out on 7 medium high heat for about 6 minutes then dropped the heat to 4 I personally like my potatoes to be firm with a crust on the outside and soft on the inside. This recipe is a keeper for sure.
