Chicken Fried Rice Recipe | Maxi's Kitchen

I made this and it was delicious. I used diced onions, celery and shredded carrots bc that's what I had on hand but followed the recipe and had excellent homemade fried rice. I have attempted this at home bf w no luck,. I realized I was making it way more complicated than it was. Simple ingredients (butter, salt, pepper, soy sauce) is all I needed! Thank you!!

I’d remove eggs after fry then add back it would be dry
