What kind of rice for Fried Rice? Sticky rice are difficult to fry

overnight rice. Keep the rice in the fringe then next morning u will have wonderful non so sticky rice.

Basmati is not suitable for fried rice. The texture too hard, for briyani basmatii is excellent.
