@@iro7562 varies, but most standard use is chinese fried rice, so it consists of eggs + mixed vegi (diced carrot/peas) with smoked ham or any kinds of meat. the most important part about fried rice is wok hei to make the rice fragrant.

学ぶのはいいけど、一生懸命努力しても同じのを作るのは難しいと思う。 10年頑張っても難しいと思う。動画の中で細かい技術をひろうしてるけど、できたらたいしたもん。接客は恐らく日本一のレベルだと思う。このスタッフさんの日本人でもハイレベルな接客技術がある。

..yes another video, thank you.. . ..that was a nonstop fried rice making but worth it for both the cook and the customer.. . ..this food is kinda one or two in a lifetime knowing serving this kinda tiring..

Is nice to see the Chef’s and staff’s enthusiasm is really nice when you cook the food you enjoy. I cooked at a steakhouse for sometime in the U.S and it was a terrible experience both physically and mentally. I been learning how to cook Japanese, Korean , and Chinese food from the comfort of my home kitchen and I find it relaxing cooking these colorful dishes.

Mogumogu does the work that almost nobody on TV or video in Japan has been doing for years: Showing the real local spots. When I was in Japan, most of the best spots were places that probably most gaijin would pass because they reserved a 2 year wait list for a tourist sushi spot, while a place that was just on a corner street would have been the best food you ever had in your life.

What a beautiful culture of people, very polite and discipline. Japanese street food is the very soul of life in Japan. This group of restaurant workers are always appreciative of their customer, serving the best quality of food; cooked in the best way possibel; and service with a smile... you can't ask for more than that.

この状況で殺気立ってないオペレーション。各自持ち場の仕事を完璧にやってのけてる。声掛け、連携、フォロー、所々で労い、完璧すぎる。働いてる人も気持ちいいだろうし、客もこんなに手際が良くてお店の雰囲気がいいところで食べられて幸せだろうな。特に思うのはチャーハンの鍋捌き。こんなに煽ってるのに全くと言って良いほどこぼれてない。徹底的に無駄にはしない、という食材に対する愛情というか敬意を感じる。食材を大事にしてる店は間違いないよ。こぼしても何とも思わない、汚れてるのがかっこいい、なんて店は二流三流どころか論外だわ。
