In the early eighties (of the past century - gosh!), when I turned to indian cuisine and became a curry junkie, nothing like KZbin existed and the Internet was a toy for universities. So I had to cook my way through the books by Madhur Jaffrey or Pat Chapman and buy those "exotic" herbs and spices from our local pharmacy. Which was enlightening, regarding the different styles and tastes of the Indian nation. But it usually was like trying to read "War and Peace" in your lunchbreak: never enough time to live up to the standards of an average indian housewife. I don't regret anything, no! In fact, cooking a Tandoori murgh makhanwalla for the girl I was dating in the early nineties (of the past century - gosh again! ) made her say YES and we've been together ever since. BUT...I wish I could have turned to these brilliant recipes of yours and your professionally made videos earlier. In my times of need, for more enlightenment and quicker meals after a long day at work. So I want to say Thank You. For this true and inspiring KISS (Keep It Short 'n Simple) of my beloved India. May your excellent cuisine be the lighthouse for many other seekers and ease their ways to the Spirituality of good food. Namaste 🙏🙏🙏(Btw...I prefer cooking Indian dishes in an old cast iron wok)

Never heard off curry cut chicken. I’ve looked it up it’s pretty amazing how they cut up the chicken and sell like this👍 here in the Netherlands it’s not sold or cut like this. Your raw chicken cuts looks very good and fresh.
