Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 KG
Marination:
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
lime juice - 1 nos.
Salt to taste
For masala paste:
Roasted Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Roasted Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Roasted Black peppercorns - 1 tsp
Roasted Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Byadgi chilli - 20 nos.
jaggery - small piece
Garlic cloves - 12 nos.
Tamarind - small piece
water
Ghee - 6-7 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Lime juice - 1/2 lime
serve with neer dosa!
