Chicken Ghee Roast Mangalorean Style / Chicken Dry Roast

I tried this recipe first time almost a year and a half ago. Didn't follow measurements and method well, it came out like red curry. Today tried this again and followed the measurements very well. Yet still I felt masala was more so I reserved 1/4th of the masala and friend the chicken with the rest. When the chicken was fully cooked and roasted I added this remaining masala and simmered for 15 minutes. Trust me this is the best ghee roast ever. Thanks dear for sharing.
